Route Athletics does not guarantee:

  4. Recruiting offers;
  5. Coach responses;
  6. NCAA, NAIA, JUCO, conference, school, or state athletic association eligibility;
  7. NIL opportunities, sponsorships, endorsements, compensation, or brand deals;
  8. Financial aid awards;
  9. Athletic performance outcomes;
  10. Selection for camps, showcases, teams, events, or programs.

Recruiting, NIL, admissions, scholarships, athletic participation, eligibility, coach communication, and roster decisions are controlled by third parties and depend on many factors outside Route Athletics’ control.

3. No Legal, Tax, Financial, Compliance, or Agent Services

Route Athletics does not provide legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, investment advice, NCAA compliance determinations, academic eligibility certification, NIL contract review, sports agency representation, or licensed professional services.

Route Athletics does not act as an athlete agent, attorney, tax professional, financial advisor, school counselor, NCAA compliance officer, college representative, university representative, athletic department representative, or NIL agent.

You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals, including attorneys, accountants, tax professionals, financial advisors, school officials, compliance offices, coaches, athletic departments, governing bodies, or other appropriate professionals before making legal, tax, financial, eligibility, NIL, recruiting, or athletic decisions.

4. Parent/Guardian Responsibility for Minors

Route Athletics may provide educational resources for athletes and families. Any athlete under 18 must have parent or legal guardian permission to participate in services, submit forms, schedule consultations, purchase services, or communicate with Route Athletics.

This website and its forms are intended for use by parents/guardians and athletes age 13 or older. Children under 13 should not submit personal information through this website.

If Route Athletics learns that it has collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate parental involvement or consent, Route Athletics may delete the information and restrict access to services.
